Technical Consultants (all levels) – Melbourne, Sydney & Auckland

We’re growing our Technical Consulting team and are looking for customer-focused consultants at all levels, from emerging consultants through to senior specialists, who thrive on working with people, tackling complex challenges, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.

Successful candidates will combine strong consulting capability with technical expertise and a genuine customer-first mindset.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver successful outcomes through implementation, consulting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:

• ERP implementation and transformation projects
• System integrations and technical solutions
• Requirements gathering and solution design
• Customer workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Technical configuration, customisation, and development
• Mentoring and supporting other consultants
• Building long-term customer relationships

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking people who combine technical capability with outstanding consulting skills.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Previous consulting or implementation experience
• Previous integration experience
• Previous experience developing in the NetSuite ecosystem
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with the NetSuite platforms, integrations with middleware such as Celigo, SaaS solutions, or business systems

Previous experience developing within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem.
