Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Contract)| Port Melbourne VIC

The Role

A fixed-term Maternity leave opportunity has arisen within the Sales and Marketing team for a highly motivated and proactive B2B Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Annexa’s Marketing activities. A focus is leading the execution of in-bound campaigns to attract, nurture and convert leads and MQLs for the sales team. This role has 1 x internal direct report and works collaboratively with external agencies and suppliers to define campaign strategy and execute in a hands-on manner across creative, web assets, content, nurture programs and triggered media programs.

What will you be doing?

  • Research, plan and execute effective national and local marketing plans and campaigns in-line with overall business and marketing strategies.
  • Report and analyse marketing KPIs to determine effectiveness
  • Manage budgets and co-operative spend
  • Manage external stakeholder communications e.g. customer updates, newsletters, EDMs, events
  • Manage and work with team members and agencies in a hands-on manner on the execution of all Marketing activities:

Sales Development Representative | Port Melbourne VIC

The Role

The entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) role – based in Melbourne – will be instrumental to the success of our outbound sales and marketing strategy activities. Your role will be centered on outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads. This means you will be identifying sales opportunities, connecting with leads, determining if they’re a good customer fit and shepherding your leads through the sales pipeline. You will not be required to close the deal, rather deliver the most aligned qualified prospect to Annexa’s Business Development Managers, who will continue the sales process to a successful close.

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or experience in an outbound sales or marketing role in the IT industry
  • Strong determination to meet performance goals and win
  • Readiness to flex your skills in prospective customer research
  • Confidence in ability to listen and communicate clearly
  • Ability to prioritise, be proactive and follow up with sense of urgency
  • CRM knowledge and experience
  • University Degree is highly preferable

What will a day look like for you?

  • Generate sales leads by prospecting and outbound emailing (Hubspot) and calling
  • Assessing ‘customer fit’ to align with Annexa customer profile

Annexa is growing and we need an experienced ERP Solution Lead to join our team. You will use your abilities and knowledge to deliver high quality business solutions, helping customers meet business goals and contributing to Annexa’s growth.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Solutions Lead  to join our national service delivery team. This role is based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

You will architect and lead NetSuite implementation and business solution projects designed to meet the specific needs of Annexa’s customers.  You will work with other consultants both functional and technical to ensure successful delivery of NetSuite ERP implementations and be the “Go-To” person for the customer.

Your ability to apply your expertise to deliver high quality business analysis, consulting services and fit for business solutions to both new and existing customers will ensure Annexa continues its success.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with clients to successfully implement business system projects resulting in high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption
  • Diagnose business problems and use strong understanding of the underlying drivers of the business to advise on solutions
  • Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and customers to deliver end to end solutions
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently ensuring that great outcomes are achieved for every customer

What will you need to be successful? 

  • 2+ years’ experience designing end to end implementations and other solutions on Tier 1 and/or 2 ERP systems
  • 5+ years ERP implementation experience (NetSuite highly preferable, but will consider other similar software)
  • Substantial business acumen, project, change and implementation management experience
  • Very strong customer focus – provide high quality service for all customers
  • A strong team player
  • Extremely strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong project management skills (certification will be an advantage)
  • Extremely organised, driven to meet deadlines, enjoy solving problems, strong customer service ethic
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either Business and/or IT

Business Development Manager | Port Melbourne VIC

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager, based in Sydney, to join our national sales team.

You will take to the market real business solutions to companies that will provide efficiencies and growth by partnering with Annexa in implementation, development, support and training services.  Our clients requirements can be complex and multi-faceted, so you will be working very closely with our Delivery team and managing many different aspects.  You need to be business savvy and prepared to work on sales cycles that are not closed overnight.  A consultative approach is necessary.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing, qualifying and creating the sales pipeline
  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resources, account strategy, planning from prospect to closing
  • Develop strong relationships across all levels of business, from owners and C-Level Directors to Finance teams
  • Development and completion of solution proposals including leading presentations which encompass all aspects of the business and possible applications
  • Lead contract negotiations 

What will you need to be successful 

  • Minimum 3 years in new business
  • Proven record of sales success in Enterprise Business software sales and new business development with 6-12 month sales cycles
  • Proven sales success with B2B companies, dealing with C-Suite Directors and owners
  • Finance background (whether an ex-Accountant, worked in Finance or current in Finance Sales)
  • Very strong commercial acumen and a confident and effective communicator
  • Driven whilst resilient and patient
  • Sales and negotiation skills come naturally to you
  • Ability and persistence in lead generation to closure
  • Ability to write commercial documents
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in either Business and/or IT
