Support Lead | Port Melbourne VIC

The Role

We are seeking a Support Lead to join our national service delivery team.  You will be a key contact and focal point for our customers in resolving and providing business and systems solutions.  The main focus of this role will be to manage our Support channel and the team by ensuring they provide continual customer service to Annexa’s clients after implementation of the initial service.

If you are a NetSuite Support ERP specialist that enjoys providing exceptional customer support and solutions, you will thrive and grow in this role.  Alternatively, if you are seeking to kick start your career within a business systems ERP environment and in time move into consulting, this may be the ideal opportunity.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage customer expectations and act as escalation point to assist with customer queries
  • Ensure the Support team meet and exceed agreed SLA with customers
  • Work with Sales and the Delivery teams to ensure that customers have a unified message and experience across all channels
  • Motivate, train and coach the Support team consultants to ensure a customer satisfaction at all times
  • Manage customer complaints and work with business on resolution

What will you need to be successful? 

  • A minimum of 2 years NetSuite experience
  • Very strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to develop effective relationships
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer IT support/relationship role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to clarify a situation and offer appropriate solutions
  • Very strong organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise
  • Business Acumen (ie an ability to see the customers business operations and environment)
