The Role

We are seeking a technical NetSuite Support Consultant to join our national service delivery team.  You will be a key contact and focal point for our customers in resolving and providing business and systems solutions.

If you are a NetSuite Support ERP specialist that enjoys providing exceptional customer support and solutions, you will thrive and grow in this role.  Alternatively, if you are seeking to kick start your career within a business systems ERP environment and in time move into consulting, this may be the ideal opportunity.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage customer expectations and act as escalation point to assist with customer queries
  • Meet and exceed agreed SLA with customers
  • Provide direct ‘support desk’ assistance as required
  • Escalate issues as appropriate and utilise correct channels internally and with customer to ensure resolution within agreed timeframes
  • Manage customer complains and work with business on resolution 

What will you need to be successful? 

  • Strong experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer IT support/relationship role

Your responsibilities

  • The development of Lead Sources through warm leads and cold approach
  • Identifying ready buyers and mapping the external market using the latest tools available in market
  • Promoting the product externally (incl. partners, key influencers) to drive interest, awareness and excitement

Business Development Manager | Surrey Hills NSW

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager, based in Sydney, to join our national sales team.

You will take to the market real business solutions to companies that will provide efficiencies and growth by partnering with Annexa in implementation, development, support and training services.  Our clients requirements can be complex and multi-faceted, so you will be working very closely with our Delivery team and managing many different aspects.  You need to be business savvy and prepared to work on sales cycles that are not closed overnight.  A consultative approach is necessary.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing, qualifying and creating the sales pipeline
  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resources, account strategy, planning from prospect to closing
  • Develop strong relationships across all levels of business, from owners and C-Level Directors to Finance teams
  • Development and completion of solution proposals including leading presentations which encompass all aspects of the business and possible applications
  • Lead contract negotiations 

What will you need to be successful 

  • Proven record of sales success in Enterprise Business software sales and new business development with 6-12 month sales cycles
  • Proven sales success with B2B companies, dealing with C-Suite Directors and owners
  • Finance background (whether an ex-Accountant, worked in Finance or current in Finance Sales)
  • Very strong commercial acumen and a confident and effective communicator
  • Driven whilst resilient and patient
  • Sales and negotiation skills come naturally to you

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Solutions Lead, based in Melbourne, to join our national service delivery team.

You will be leading major implementation and business solution projects that have been designed for the specific needs of Annexa’s clients.  You will work with multiple project managers to ensure successful executions of NetSuite ERP implementations and be the “Go-To” person for the client.

Your ability to apply your expertise to deliver high quality business analysis and consulting services to both new and existing customers will ensure Annexa continues its success.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform complex analysis of business requirements and process mapping
  • Diagnose business problems and use strong understanding of the technical architecture and the underlying drivers of the business to advise on technical solutions
  • Recommend Third Party solutions when needed
  • Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients to deliver end to end solutions
  • Managing and maintaining multiple projects including managing costs and resources for each

What will you need to be successful? 

  • Experience in leading ERP implementations is essential, preferably at least 3-4 implementations or other significant projects (NetSuite highly preferable, but will consider other similar software)
  • Substantial business acumen, project, change and implementation management experience
  • Extremely strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong project management skills (certification will be an advantage)

What will you need to be successful?

  • Strong functional and technical background complemented by project management experience
  • Extensive experience in requirements analysis and business process mapping
  • Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into application solutions (NetSuite highly preferable, but will consider other similar software)
  • Business acumen, project, change and implementation management experience highly regarded
  • Extremely strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong project management skills and ability maintain multiple projects
