Solution lead – Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD hybrid

At Annexa, we’re looking for a Solution Lead / Principal Consultant who can build trusted customer relationships, navigate complex business challenges, and design solutions that create real business outcomes.

This is a senior consulting role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer success. You’ll become the trusted advisor customers rely on, leading solution design, facilitating workshops, guiding project delivery, and helping organisations transform how they operate. The role focuses heavily on stakeholder engagement, solution design leadership, business consulting, and end-to-end project delivery.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll partner with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and future vision, then lead the design and delivery of solutions that help them get there.

Your focus will include:

• Leading business transformation and ERP implementation projects
• Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive teams
• Designing end-to-end business solutions that solve real customer problems
• Acting as the trusted “go-to” advisor throughout project delivery
• Supporting pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and customer presentations
• Mentoring consultants and contributing to the success of the broader team

What we’re looking for

• Extensive consulting and customer-facing experience
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• A strong customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outcomes
• Experience leading workshops, solution design, and business transformation initiatives
• The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with executives and decision makers
• Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams

A minimum of 5 years experience with NetSuite is essential.

Experience with business systems, digital transformation, or solution architecture experience will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you’ll know how to engage customers, understand their business, challenge thinking respectfully, and guide them toward successful outcomes.
