NetSuite customer story: REA Group

For the past four years, leading Netsuite provider Annexa has played a fundamental
role in the sustainability of REA Group’s global expansion, Australia’s unicorn behind
realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au.

As a result of the company’s success with NetSuite, REA Group were invited to the
SuiteWorld event in Las Vegas; the largest and leading cloud ERP conference held
from 23rd – 26th April, to present at Going Global; The NetSuite guide to doing business
around the world.

REA Group reported a profit increase of 16% in 2017 from a global portfolio of digital
property sites and investments in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.
Since 2014, Annexa has assisted with software deployment for the ASX listed company,
helping REA Group drive sustainable growth.

The two companies partnered with the underlying aim to provide an integrated cloud
solution to facilitate REA Group’s goals for global growth. Annexa implemented the
Netsuite OneWorld solution, with the scalable platform enabling REA Group to
commence deploying the solution across global operations.

Annexa Director Matthew Owens said that after four years of running the NetSuite
solution, REA Group’s size and services have continued to grow at a rapid rate.
“Our team work alongside REA Group daily to support them and ensure their systems
support their growth goals.” said Matthew.

REA Group has since reaped the full benefits of cloud infrastructure and has been
provided with the power and flexibility to support their business strategy.

As part of the breakout session at Suiteworld, REA Group were asked to speak on the
panel about the company’s key learnings from the ERP implementation process that
would help other companies making the transition to NetSuite.

Norm Duce, Executive Manager from REA Group said that Annexa made a
massive contribution to the successful implementation of NetSuite at REA.

“It is critical to build a strong relationship with an experienced NetSuite partner. Working
very closely with Annexa has been excellent, they are an integral component of our
NetSuite delivery team”.

Annexa was responsible for replacing REA Group’s ageing software with NetSuite
OneWorld to create instant and automatic processes. This included key features such
as real-time business visibility and business intelligence, automated upgrades and
real-time global financial consolidation to name a few.

Last month, REA Group spoke about their global success journey achieved
through Netsuite in front of 500+ attendees at SuiteWorld.
