The roles
We’re looking for two Solution Leads to drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and business solution projects, helping customers achieve clear outcomes across core finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and reporting.
This is a senior delivery role for someone who can lead solution design, run strong customer workshops and guide a project team through execution. You’ll be the go-to person for shaping the solution, keeping stakeholders aligned and making sure what gets delivered is practical, scalable and easy to run long term.
You’ll lead solution design and functional delivery, working alongside project managers and technical consultants depending on the engagement. Success looks like clear solution decisions, strong stakeholder alignment and delivery that stays on track.

What you’ll do
- Customer discovery and solution design – learn how the customer operates and translate goals into an end-to-end solution that fits their business
- Workshop leadership – run solution design sessions, ask the right questions and turn requirements into clear decisions
- Solution documentation – create and maintain solution design artefacts that customers can understand and project teams can deliver against
- Functional delivery leadership – act as the lead functional consultant across implementation projects, partnering with project managers to keep delivery on track
- Cross-team coordination – work closely with technical consultants and third parties to shape, validate and deliver complete solutions
- Process improvement and leading practice – recommend smarter ways of working where it adds value and aligns to the customer’s direction
- Testing and go-live planning – support solution validation and launch readiness to set customers up for a smooth transition
- Scoping, risk and delivery management – contribute to estimates and statements of work, identify risks early and help drive mitigation through to resolution
- Team leadership and pre-sales support – mentor other consultants and support sales conversations when needed, bringing delivery experience into solution discussions
What you’ll bring
Both positions are seniors role for someone who can lead customer delivery, make confident solution calls and keep projects moving when priorities shift.
- 6-8 years’ NetSuite consulting experience, including leading end-to-end implementations
- Strong experience designing integrated solutions across systems and teams
- A solid grounding in finance fundamentals and core business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report)
- Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders and becoming the trusted “go-to” during delivery
- Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to break down complex problems into practical next steps
- Ability to balance leading practice with what will work for the customer’s operating model
- A practical delivery mindset with experience protecting scope, managing risks early and keeping quality high
- Experience leading multiple concurrent implementations across different organisations
- Strong NetSuite platform knowledge across configuration, roles, permissions, reporting and core modules
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline (preferred)
