Annexa in 2017
In 2017, Annexa has seen exponential growth in the market with more businesses than ever looking to reap the benefits of cloud technology. This shift has enabled Annexa to further establish ourselves as the market leading Omni-channel Retail, Wholesale and Digital business solution provider.

Annexa’s growth plans have seen us further establish our presence in Sydney – June 30, 2017 saw Annexa acquire the Technology Solutions division of Grant Thornton and open an office in Surry Hills, Sydney. This acquisition has brought on board a team with a wealth of experience in the Not For Profit sector as well as in Financial Planning and Analytics via Adaptive Insights.

We also introduced our AnnexaConnect offering to the market which provides a connection platform for the NetSuite community. This technology now not only powers many of our customers businesses, but also other NetSuite businesses and connected platforms such Salesforce and Opmetrix.

We were lucky enough to have some of Annexa’s customers on board to share their experience with the NetSuite platform and the Annexa team.

Tez Osman – Director of IT at Linen House

Tez said that it’s been a challenging but rewarding journey for Linen House. “We knew we wanted to use NetSuite and a NetSuite partner. When speaking to Annexa, they really proved to us that with their experience and consultants they would be able to deliver a better solution for us than other partners. I’m standing here two days after go-live, I’m not in the office with the rest of my team, and I think that’s an indication of how things have gone.”

Paul Elsasser – Platform Manager at T2

Paul spoke about how T2 was acquired by Unilever and shortly after that acquisition they discovered that the infrastructure wasn’t going to support the businesses growth strategy. It was then that they started looking for a new ERP system and the decision was made to choose Annexa and NetSuite. In April 2016, they went live with ERP, WMS, CRM and their website all on the same day. “The business didn’t miss a beat and as far as customers were concerned nothing changed. Since then we have rolled out to Singapore in early 2017, added another subsidiary, a new website and 3 new stores. NetSuite has allowed us to do this.”

Vijay is a proven sales leader and consummate professional with a passion for innovative technologies that drive businesses forward. After growing the NetSuite partner channel exponentially as a channel manager, Vijay was promoted to a leadership position, tasked with creating and leading a team to continue to accelerate the growth in this region. Currently Vijay is leading the fastest growing team in NetSuite by coaching and developing his team and executing the strategy.

As a business systems expert specialising in innovative cloud solutions, Matthew helps organisations transform their operations through the delivery of future-proofed IT solutions. A natural problem solver with the adeptness to communicate at all levels, his ability to deliver has helped drive Annexa forward and become who they are today – leaders in the provision of tomorrow’s ERP business solutions.

Customer Innovation Awards
As a first for AnnexaWorld, we awarded some of our most innovative customers with awards for disrupting their market, thinking outside the box and automating processes. The winners were:

Innovation of the Year Award – REA Group
REA Group are extremely innovative from a finance point of view. Backend automations including Intercompany automations and allocated EFT’s have transformed the way their customers pay them by automating their reconciliations into the NetSuite system.

Customer Engagement Award – T2
Customer experience is what T2 are passionate about, and they are using NetSuite to allow them to continue to improve this. T2 have just implemented Suite Commerce Advanced for their B2B wholesale website.

Transformation Project of the Year – Aesop

Aesop started their journey with NetSuite and Annexa over 3 years ago. They are now operating NetSuite in 24 countries.
