Reflecting on 2017, with an eye to next year

In 2017 we invested in our team, solutions, knowledge, and strengthened partnerships to allow us to provide more innovative, game changing solutions for our clients.

2017 Trends in the Market

We have seen exponential growth in the market in 2017 with more businesses than ever looking to reap the benefits of moving their business system solutions from clunky in-house and hosted servers with operating systems, database platforms and outdated applications to simple, scalable, always up to date cloud technology. This shift has enabled Annexa to further establish ourselves as the market leading Omni-channel solution provider, while propelling our software vendor of choice NetSuite to become the world’s number 1 cloud solution.

The industry in 2016/2017 has been in a constant stage of change and we’ve noticed more so than ever that it’s critical for businesses to be as agile as possible .

Hello Sydney!

2017 saw us further establish our presence in Sydney. On June 30, 2017 we acquired the Technology Solutions division of Grant Thornton and opened an office in Surry Hills, Sydney. Our growth plans have seen us enter the Sydney market in a more purposeful way, bringing on board a team with a wealth of experience in the not for profit sector as well as in Financial Planning and Analytics via Adaptive Insights.

Strengthening Partnerships

To us, being able to constantly evolve our product and service offerings enables us to stay relevant, profitable and most importantly deliver our goods/services in a customer centric manor, making it easy and enjoyable for customers to do business with us. This year it was important to us to constantly evaluate third party products to extend the NetSuite solution and provide end to end solutions across many industries.

Seasons Greetings

As we sign off for a well deserved break, we would like to wish our customers, prospective customers and partners a Merry Christmas. We hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season and a very happy New Year.

Our Melbourne and Sydney offices will be closed from 3pm Friday 22nd December and will reopen from 8.30am Monday 8th January.
