The role
We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to support the delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, working under the direction of a Solution Lead and taking responsibility for key functional tasks across the project.
This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for someone ready to manage delivery, build strong customer relationships and contribute to a project team that cares about quality. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and helping lift delivery standards across the team.

What you’ll do
- Functional delivery – deliver NetSuite implementation, personalisation, integration and support tasks as part of broader project teams
- Execution focus – take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver to agreed scope, schedule and quality
- Solution workshops – support and facilitate solution design sessions, gathering requirements and helping shape the right approach
- Documentation and artefacts – create and maintain delivery documentation in line with Annexa standards and templates
- Process improvement – recommend improvements where it adds value and aligns to the customer’s operating model
- Customer communication – manage expectations by clearly communicating progress, status and next steps
- Quality delivery – take a consultative approach and deliver work that customers trust and can reference after go-live
- Team contribution – work as part of the delivery team, support others and escalate risks early to keep projects moving
What you’ll bring
This role suits someone who enjoys delivery-focused consulting work and takes pride in high-quality work. You’re commercially aware, clear in how you communicate and confident owning functional tasks through to completion.
- Experience delivering ERP implementations, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years’ experience working with ERP systems
- Experience in consulting or ERP implementations, with exposure to core process areas like Record to Report, Procure to Pay , Order to Cash and Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of core NetSuite concepts including modules, roles and permissions, dashboards and reporting
- Ability to translate requirements into clear documentation such as workflows, process maps and solution notes
- Comfortable working with data extracts, reports and queries for analysis or migration support
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior team members
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Information Systems (preferred)
