AnnexaWorld18: a recap

With AnnexaWorld18 over for another year, it’s time to share key takeaways from the evening. We were thrilled with the turnout – our biggest yet. The room filled early with a wide range of Australian industries represented by their innovative leaders – from current Annexa partners to those considering leveraging the power of NetSuite for business transformation.

There was plenty of mingling as guests explored the Partner Zone, the VR tech provided by digital innovators REA Group, the hole in one comp and, of course, the tasty nibbles and refreshments.

Current partners donated products for the AnnexaShop. As Australia’s only authorised Commerce Agency Program Member, this was the place to see SuiteCommerce InStore in action.

This year’s theme of ‘explore your potential’ was true to its promise throughout the evening. The discovery started early as Annexa Lead Consultants guided guests through three breakout sessions to introduce NetSuite’s capabilities and advances.

The exploration went up a notch or three with the keynote and panellist interviews. Full videos will be released over the coming weeks.

Then it was all about the customer as the customer award winners were announced! While every Annexa partner is a true innovator in the business tech space, the Annexa team had, after much debate, agreed on standouts for each category.

Innovation of the Year

This award recognises customers who build innovation into the foundations of their business, have become industry disruptors, think outside the box and automate disjointed processes.

Customer Experience & Engagement Award

A huge nod to customers who have leveraged the power of NetSuite to implement and execute outstanding customer experience programs.

Transformation Project of the Year

Awarded to customers who have experienced a profound transformation of business and organisational activities, processes, and competencies through their ERP solution. The transformation provided increased business value through improved agility and velocity, increased reliability and support, and enhanced cost efficiency.

We’ll be releasing videos of the panel interviews over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out on our social channels. In the meantime view our full photo album here.

Press release: AnnexaWorld 2018

Australia’s largest NetSuite provider, Annexa, has today announced the return of AnnexaWorld, in partnership with Oracle NetSuite, and featuring Aussie businesses spring boarding business success off the back of their ERP partnerships.

The Melbourne-based conference is an annual gathering of Australian business and tech leaders who are turning to the power of leading cloud ERP solutions for competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

With a theme of ‘explore your potential’, this 3-hour event will see a selection of fast expanding Australian businesses step up to the podium to share their personal experiences of deploying NetSuite solutions. Keynote speakers include Paul Rodgers, Operations Director at Cargo Crew, Toby Darvall, CEO of Ishka, Norm Duce, Executive Manager at REA Group and Paul Meredith, Business Manager at Eco Outdoor.

“AnnexaWorld 2018 offers attendees the chance to hear the first hand accounts of some extraordinary Australian ERP transformations.”, said Matthew Owens, Partner and Solution Lead at Annexa.

“We know that, with the right NetSuite partner, businesses gain the agility, flexibility and scalability needed to innovate and grow, but when you hear directly from the people who have deployed the solutions, that’s when the power of these ERP solutions really comes to light.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from Annexa’s key solution architects. Three breakout sessions will be on offer – NetSuite Overview and Product Roadmap, NetSuite eCommerce Introduction and NetSuite Integrations. We will also be launching a new range of NetSuite Solutions for SMBs, targeted at businesses with fewer than 50 employees.

“There’s been so much interest already from small businesses wanting a piece of the ERP pie. We’re thrilled to unveil our small business solution – we see it as the gateway to all those powerful features previously out of reach of SMBs”, said Matthew.

The event also includes hands-on demonstrations and in-store simulations, virtual reality experiences and customer innovation awards – all served up with delicious refreshments, snacks and prizes.

The event will be held on 13 September 2018, at the Port Melbourne Football Club. For more information and to register, visit our event page.
